One platform for facilities managers to track statutory certificates, compliance contracts, risk assessments, COSHH sheets, contractors and team training across every hotel in a portfolio.

The complete system for a pizza and bar business. Customers order online for collection or to eat in. Behind the bar, one till handles pizzas, drinks and bar tabs, prints tickets silently in the kitchen, and manages table and party bookings, sales and email marketing.

Scoring for darts nights and competitions. 301 to 1001, double in or out, legs or sets, plus Killer. Runs cup draws, keeps player stats, and shows live games on a big screen while one person scores from a phone.

The village fair's website, with a live countdown to the day, what's on, getting here, an updates list and a private committee portal. The committee runs it themselves.

Team availability, sorted. Clubs schedule fixtures and training, players mark themselves available, unavailable or maybe, and captains build the team sheet from the answers. Multiple teams, player, captain and admin roles, and notifications for every change.

I'm Dale Jefferies. Everything I build starts with how a job is actually done on the ground.
I've worked on the web since it began, in the Army and then managing web projects. A decade in construction health and safety made compliance personal, and working my way up from hospitality maintenance to facilities manager showed me every layer of a real operation.
Every system on this page solves a problem I hit first-hand. None of it was invented in a boardroom: each one fills a gap that paper, spreadsheets and generic software couldn't.
